Filmable and Collective Bunch, in partnership with VIFF, are hosting a private, curated gathering to celebrate our local filmmaking community. From 8:00 pm – 1:30 am, connect with industry veterans, emerging creatives, and international guests over drinks, DJs and drag performances (so bring your stack of $5 bills to hold out for our fabulous friends)!. This is a free, invitation-only and 19+ event*

This event shines a light on the local creators who make up the deeply talented fabric of the BC Indie Film Industry. Join us at The Birdhouse for an evening of camaraderie with our peers who are breaking barriers and driving our industry forward.

A message from our team: To us, community is made by people who show up and participate. So, if you’ve heard about this event, it’s because someone we know and love has invited you. We want this evening to be full of film-centric conversation, effervescent ideas, and collective spirit. Oh and, there is a dress code: Snazzy. Whatever that means to you, let’s get a little (LOT) dressed up!

For those early birds, the BC Film Commission is kicking off the event with a power hour of casual networking from 8-9pm. Meet the team working behind the scenes to ensure that the BC Film Industry is thriving.

All access to the event will be subject to capacity.

We will be holding 50% capacity for our Guest List until 9:30 pm. Guest List is invite only. After 9:30 pm, all entry is subject to capacity General Admission will be first come first served based on venue capacity One drink ticket will be provided per entry, while supplies last, followed by a cash/card bar. No outside alcohol or drinks permitted.

One food ticket will be provided per entry for the first 100 guests to arrive…so arrive early! A food vendor will be onsite with food for purchase from 8:00 pm – 12:00 am, while supplies last.
